Sourced from 2000 organic vines, the wine can't be labelled as organic as the winery and makers haven't sought certification. Fine spices curl endlessly around the mouth with sheets of powdery tannin coating the mouth with absolute ease. Long and moreish, I'd happily dive into a glass with pike. More please!"

Light to medium in body with a bright lift of red fruits entwined with sweet pepper and musk spices. Dances across the palate with an ethereal tension, never too much or too little. A wine of poise and elegance."

Weightier in flavour than anticipated with mulberry, red cherries and pomegranate molasses. A significant note of savoury spices and dried meats with grainy tannins and hints of varietal warmth. Drink by 2028.”
