Description
Made from a 1.3-hectare single vineyard of Barrois limestone, which contains a high proportion of pebbles and silty clay from the Portlandian era.
This wine pairs well with seafood, such as lobster, fish like carp, sashimi including red sea bream, as well as skewered dishes, terrines, goat cheese, Comté, Abondance, and Beaufort.
